Draft — pending legal review
The small print.
Draft of 23 October 2026. Not yet in force. [Effective date TBC]
Plain terms for a plain deal. We help you put your own case. We don’t act for you.
Who we are. Not Another App LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17531394. Registered office: 102 Swan Street, Brierley Hill, DY5 4DQ. Contact: jordan@notanotherapp.lol [Dedicated support address TBC].
What you get
- A verdict: fight it or just pay it, with your grounds and key deadlines, based on your answers.
- A tailored appeal letter, if your verdict says fight it. If you’ve paid for the verdict on the same ticket, that fee comes off the letter.
Prices are shown before you pay. [Prices TBC]
Guidance, not legal advice
We’re a guide, not a law firm. Nothing here is legal advice, and using the site doesn’t make us your representative. You decide what to send and you send it yourself. If your case is complicated or a lot of money is at stake, talk to a solicitor or an advice service. [Regulatory position TBC on legal review]
No promises about the outcome
Councils, private parking companies and adjudicators make their own decisions. We can’t guarantee your appeal will win, or that any penalty will be cancelled or reduced. Our verdict depends on the answers you give, so check them carefully.
Your part
- Give honest, accurate answers. A letter is only as good as the facts in it.
- Check every detail before you send anything, and keep an eye on your deadlines. Missing one can cost you the discount or your right to appeal.
- Use it for your own ticket, or one you’re handling for someone with their say-so.
Cancelling and your 14-day right
Our verdict and letter are digital content, supplied as soon as you pay. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you’d normally have 14 days to cancel. At checkout we ask you to tick a box to say you want it straight away and understand that you lose that right once it’s shown to you. If you don’t tick, we can’t start checkout.
We’ll confirm your purchase, and that you ticked, [in a confirmation email (how this is sent) TBC].
This doesn’t affect your rights if what you get is faulty or not as described. See refunds.
Payment
Payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see your card details. Prices are in pounds and [VAT status TBC].
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t let us limit. [Liability wording, on legal review TBC]
The law that applies
[Governing law and courts (England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland) TBC]
